The display-shelf example uses 25.25 net board feet. Materials and waste cost US$252.23; labor US$385; consumables and finish US$50. Total cost: US$687.23. At 40% target gross margin, the price is US$1,145.38 before tax and shipping.

Margin = (price − cost) ÷ price. A 40% margin on $600 cost gives a $1,000 price. This free example checks margin; the kit adds materials, dimensions, waste and labor.

How do I get the kit?
Email to request the kit. We confirm your billing details, applicable tax and the US$39 terms in writing. After approval, we send a private Stripe invoice. Confirmed payment is followed by an email with a seven-day download link, within one business day. Extract the complete ZIP and open index.html; keep your downloaded copy.
What can I edit and reuse?
Use and modify the kit within your business and share the proposals you create. The license does not permit resale of the kit. The offline calculator takes CSV files; adapting an existing XLSX format is part of the separate service. Third-party components retain their own licenses.
Cancellation and refunds
Request a refund at [email protected] within seven days of confirmed payment. Refunds use the original payment method; provider processing time varies.
What is outside the scope?
Quantities, rates and content come from you. Drawing takeoffs, structural certification, medical interpretation, supplier-price subscriptions, unrestricted integrations and ongoing hosting require separate scopes. Customer-specific customization is separate.
Who provides the work?
Dane A. Cooper D.B.A. Cooper Contracting provides these products through CooperLux. AI assists preparation and delivery; calculations are deterministic. USD launch prices apply. Any applicable tax is resolved in the written quote before payment. Payments use a private Stripe invoice from Cooper Contracting.
