Who you are working with

Cooperlux is the service brand for this offer, supplied by Dane A. Cooper D.B.A. Cooper Contracting. The existing Stripe account displays Kaaterskill Sawmill. Your proposal and invoice identify the service and supplier; your card statement may show KAATERSKILL SAWMILL. Contact Cooperlux before paying if anything is unclear.

Approval and scope

An inquiry is not an order. Work begins after written approval, the agreed starting payment, and necessary access. We do not exceed an agreed cap or add work without further written approval. Existing accepted agreements are not changed by this page.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. For the WordPress and Brevo first phase, the rate is US$25 per hour, capped at 8 hours and US$200. A US$100 starting payment is credited to the total. We show time worked and any remaining balance at handoff. Unused prepaid time is refundable. Any applicable tax or separately approved provider expense is disclosed before payment.

Delivery and acceptance

These are digital services, with no physical shipping. We agree timing once scope and access are known, provide the agreed files or configuration and test summary, and ask you to check the result against the accepted criteria. Tell us about an unmet criterion so we can address it. Broader improvements need a separate agreement.

Access, materials, and confidentiality

You must have authority to provide access and materials. We use them for the agreed work. Provide temporary access and maintain a backup. You retain your existing materials. Ownership or licensing of new custom deliverables is stated in the proposal; third party software remains subject to its own licenses.
