What we use

We use contact and account information to respond to inquiries, verify sign in, and provide project access. Saved briefs, requirements, comments, files, team permissions, and delivery decisions support the work you request. Access controls restrict private project records to authorized accounts.

Providers and payments

Hosting, authentication, storage, email, and payment providers process information needed to deliver their services. Cooperlux uses Cloudflare for this website and Supabase for account and project services. When you pay an issued Stripe invoice, Stripe processes your payment information. Do not put card numbers, passwords, or secret keys in a project inquiry.

Cookies and browser storage

Secure cookies support sign in. Theme and interface preferences may be saved in your browser. Unsubmitted intake text stays in session storage in the same browser tab and is removed after a confirmed save, explicit discard, or closing that tab. The fictional market demo uses page memory and does not create a customer project.

Records and requests

Project history, access decisions, service logs, security events, and billing records are retained as needed to provide the service, maintain an accurate delivery record, and meet applicable obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion. We may verify account ownership and explain records that must be retained.
